To collect and secure data : a major challenge of every State
One of the most important function of a State is to collect and record information and data concerning the country and what happens inside. The task must be done in the most secured and trustful way. The data collected relate to citizens, companies, assets and all other activities happening in the country. The main objective of collecting data is to be able to constantly improve state global management (infrastructure, health, tax prospection etc…).
How is it done today?
Today, data are collected at various levels (locally, nationally), and via various organisms and agencies. At each level or agency, you may find specific processes and tools to collect and manage the data. As a consequence of decentralized data gathering, the collected data are subject to errors and mistakes, to being outdated, and to limited cross checking. Data can also be written on paper, making it difficult to process and use in the end, as well as to reconcile it at the State level. Additionally, it can still be very complicated for a citizen or a corporation to modify information, and require lot of paperwork too. Another major issue in data collection is security and privacy of information. Institutions in charge to protect data are not always efficient.
The blockchain revolution
As we know, blockchain is a distributed database secured by a network of nodes located around the world. In the specific case of NeuroChain, you have intelligent bots. It is censorship-resistant and very secured as it would require a massive financial investment to break it to the ground and/or modify its data. The blockchain technology may be still improving for now but lots of companies and states are looking into it, to use it for keeping their data and transfer wealth. Blockchain could be the universal database that any administration could use to gather their administrates information without messing with their privacy. Hospitals could use blockchain to keep track of their patients records over time. The voting procedure would be trustless if blockchain-based. Blockchain technology could handle many tasks given today to administrative jobs that are considered as a loss of time and productivity.
The NeuroChain revolution
NeuroChain, as an intelligent blockchain, combining intelligent bots, a collective AI and machine learning, is an open door to smart public administration. Beyond a secured storage, NeuroChain will be a powerful tool for transparency and traceability in public administration, and through intelligent applications, powerful platform for prospective management. National health policies, tax management and subsidies allocations are some of the numerous fields that will be impacted.
