NeuroChain is certainly a disruptive technology project but its success lies in its supportive community.
A Vibrant Community
Developers around the world are connecting the nodes and proposing new business applications, supporters, investors etc. On our way back to Europe from Japan, Billal and I decided to stop by Seoul where we have a great community. The meet up was entirely organized by the Blockchain Garage, a Korean organization led by @Gazerr who has been following and analyzing our project from the early ICO days. Since then, he has been coordinating the community actions in Korea. Our first stop. We tumble into a large basement in Gangnam where we meet a full room of supporters. People standing in the alleys, eager to learn more and to meet us. We discovered the real people behind the Telegram avatar names, Kapatona, Gazerr, H A, Danny and many more.
A couple of VC (Venture Capital) in the room
We confirmed our exchange strategy. Focused on getting listed in HADAX/HUOBI, it should be only a few days before all investors can trade NCC, if this is their intention. Of course we reiterated the long term characteristics of the protocol project. The value of the tokens will be reinforced by each new Business Apps to be deployed from January 2019 when the mainnet will be in place.Regarding the exchanges, we were actually ready this week and intended to reveal the final date during our Asian Tour but a last minute technical glitch prevented it. 2 other exchanges, Sistemkoin and Idax were also revealed as ready to go during our trip to Seoul. For contractual reasons we will first start the listing with HADAX/HUOBI and will then open to other exchanges whom we are negotiating with now. After spending a couple of hours with the community, it is now 10 pm in the Seoul. A hot and humid night.
We head to another building to meet the “ICO Today” team. This Korean ICO listing service company also owns a video channel. A last interview, questions on a potential Korean exchange left open, why not, this is such a supportive community here. It makes all the difference. This Asian Tour is now ending. We have initiated key partnerships to support our development in the region. A very large Japanese bank consortium and a promising connection with the China Blockchain Research Center. We plan to be back in Asia in mid-July, with a trip to Beijing to continue the discussion and animate a large scale AMA for the Chinese community.NeuroChain, let’s build a better world!
